Health Phone™
Nexense developed two types of sensors for the HealthPhone. The first one is passive, non-intrusive set of sensors that may be placed in locations such as under the mattress and provide the information to the phone via Bluetooth technology. The set of sensors may further send the information to a medical provider.
The other type of sensor is a small one the looks like one of the existing phone key pads for measuring heart rate, respiratory rate and steps. With further development, this sensor might function as a simple platform for user identification.
