Nexense™ NXX1001 Two Channel Frequency Meter

The NXX1001 Two Channel Frequency Meter features a unique frequency measurement method with a sliding window for various real time resolutions. The sliding window allows the obtaining of data regarding frequency with a uniform sampling rate. The NXX1001 Two Channel Frequency Meter is the ideal converter for subsequent digital processing allowing to receive an optimum ratio of resolution and speed for the chosen mode of measurement.
The presence of an external sampling input enables a unity of the NXX1001 Two Channel Frequency Meter in a multi channel synchronous device cluster.
The two channels provide up to 1 PPM accuracy and 24 bits of resolution.
The chip is designed with 10 bits ADC, which allows the user to use this feature independently.
The internal DSP module has both hi pass and low pass linear filters and median and hysteresis non-linear filters with the ability to set parameters for both frequency meter and ADC.
The applications for the NXX1001 Two Channel Frequency Meter are smart sensors with frequency output for industrial, medical and automotive equipment, general purpose frequency meters and a variety of other applications.
The NXX1001 Two Channel Frequency Meter is offered in 48-pin LQFP.
